Empowering You at Every Stage

The SheRISE group coaching program (virtual):

Inspired by Maya Angelou’s "Still I Rise", SheRISE is a virtual group coaching program designed specifically for ambitious mid-career women from diverse backgrounds, navigating life and career transitions.

If you’ve been carrying it all, chasing success that looks good on paper but feels misaligned… You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone anymore.

Unlike traditional coaching programs that focus only on job performance or leadership advancement, SheRISE blends identity-rooted coaching, mindset shifts, and a sisterhood of women who’ve been where you are — to help you reconnect with your truth and move toward what’s next with confidence and clarity.

Whether you’re exploring a career pivot, personal reinvention, or a deeper sense of alignment, SheRISE offers the space, structure, and support to rise — on your own terms, and without burnout.

Hear directly from SheRISE Cohort 1 participants by watching and reading their testimonials here.

The Cohort 2 is launching in Fall 2025 (start dates and session times will be shared soon).

Previous Cohort Snapshot: Cohort 1 - Ran from Tuesday, April 22, 2025 until Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm EST (Client testimonials available below).

Transformative Coaching

My personalized coaching services are designed to be your trusted guide, providing tailored support as you navigate intersectionality* in the workplace and beyond. I am here to help you identify your strengths, silence the inner critic, and gain the confidence to navigate challenges with resilience.

Benefits for you:

  • Unlocking Your Confidence
Imposter syndrome and self-doubt can hold many back. Through our coaching sessions, I’ll help you silence that inner critic and empower you to confidently step into your future self.

  • Gaining Clarity and Self-Awareness
Together, we’ll explore your inner world, mindset, emotions, and behaviors to help you better understand what drives your decisions and actions. This process fosters clarity and self-awareness, allowing you to make more aligned decisions that move you closer to your goals.

  • Cultivating Your Unique Strengths
Uncover your unique "working genius"—the strengths that contribute to your success. By identifying areas of frustration, we can transform challenges into growth opportunities, aligning your work with your passions for deeper fulfillment.

*Intersectionality refers to how different social identities—like gender, race, class, and sexual orientation—overlap and interact with systems of power. These overlapping identities can lead to both advantages and disadvantages in the workplace and society. The term, coined by Kimberlé Crenshaw in 1989, highlights how women of color and other marginalized groups face multiple forms of discrimination. - Learn more about it from Catalyst
