Meet Amy Sylla

The Solar Force Behind It All

I believe real change begins in spaces where people feel seen, safe, and inspired to rise — and I’ve dedicated my work to creating them.

As an Award-Winning Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Leader, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and Speaker, I help marginalized communities and mission-driven organizations navigate change, weave inclusion into everyday practice, and create impact that lasts.

Born and raised in the South of France with Senegalese roots, I bring over a decade of experience across France, the U.S., and Canada, navigating and transforming complex systems across cultures. My work is grounded in lived wisdom, shaped by storytelling, and driven by strategic insight to spark transformative conversations and guide purposeful action. My impact spans Fortune 500 companies, global conferences, and grassroots organizations—because meaningful change must happen at every level.

Recognized for leading with solar energy—warm, steady, and energizing—I create safe and brave spaces that equip my audience with the clarity, confidence, and tools to turn obstacles into opportunities and create sustainable transformation in their work, lives, and communities.
