Individual Coaching

In our one-on-one coaching sessions, we’ll dive deep into your personal and professional goals, creating actionable steps for success. Together, we will identify obstacles, redefine what success looks like for you, and cultivate the confidence and self-empowerment you need to step fully into your future self.

- Initial Consultation: Discuss your goals and identify areas for growth.
- Regular Sessions: Participate in productive 1-hour tailored to your personal or professional development.
- Progress Review: Regularly evaluate progress and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ongoing Support: Receive additional support via email or 15-minute check-ins between sessions, as needed.
Individual Coaching is perfect for women with diverse identities, including racialized and immigrant women, navigating complex professional environments. This personalized coaching provides the tailored support you need to thrive. Whether you’re a current leader or aspiring to grow into a leadership role, individual coaching will help you own your own story and step into your power.
To ensure meaningful improvement, I require a six-month commitment. Choose the option that best fits your needs:
- Option 1: Monthly Sessions
  1-hour session per month
  Investment: $50 for the first session, $150 for the next 5 sessions
  Total Investment: $800 (save $100)
  Payment: Monthly, 48 hours before each session.
- Option 2: Bi-weekly Sessions
  1-hour session every 2 weeks
  Investment: $50 for the first 4 sessions, $150 for the next 8 sessions
  Total Investment: $1,400 (save $400)
  Payment: Bi-weekly, 48 hours before each session.

Group Coaching

The SheRISE group coaching program:

Inspired by Maya Angelou’s "Still I Rise", SheRISE is a 2-month group coaching program designed to empower women. The program fosters resilience and personal growth through collective empowerment, bringing together women who share intersectional identities and experiences. A workbook and additional resources will be provided.

Each session of the SheRISE group coaching program focuses on a key element of my transformative RISE framework:
- Resilience: I help you bounce back from setbacks and transform adversity into stepping stones toward success.
- Identity: I assist you in crafting a unique personal and professional brand that showcases your unique strengths, ensuring you stand out in any crowd with a memorable presence.
- Support: I guide you in building a strong, supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your experiences and intersectionalities.
- Empowerment: I am dedicated to encouraging you to take control of your destiny and create meaningful, positive change in your life.
The SheRISE group coaching program is specifically designed for women with diverse identities, including racialized and immigrant women who thrive in community settings. This program provides a supportive environment where participants can share experiences and receive guidance as they navigate personal and professional challenges.
The SheRISE Group Coaching Program consists of four sessions, each 1.5 hours, held every two weeks.
